This 24-week program includes (1) 1-hour call and (1) 15-minute follow up call each week (with unlimited text support) where we work together to embody sonic, nutritional, and lifestyle tools that shift you into a state of detox, cleansing, and rebuilding. Rhythm includes 3 weeks on, 1 week off. Every 4th week is a rest week with no calls.
